Title: Marketing Senior Vice President
- The Company:
Publicly traded company, headquartered in Atlanta Georgia, with a 5-year history issuing credit cards, providing retail credit at point of sale, and meeting financing needs in healthcare and auto sectors. Our client maintains a single-minded focus on helping meet the needs of the financially underserved.
- The Role:
A senior marketing leader to lead both direct-to-consumer and B2B marketing efforts for the company’s multiple lines of business and brands. This executive will be responsible for creating and executing an integrated marketing platform, leveraging and implementing developing marketing technologies, and influencing the customer experience of all products throughout the customer lifecycle. Additionally, this is a key role in helping to identify new product opportunities to broaden the consumer experience and maintain the company’s position as the leading provider in its category.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing including all aspects of creative testing and execution of both direct mail and digital originations, including expanding integrated marketing capabilities.
• Manage and shape existing team’s diverse set of responsibilities including the ownership of all customer and marketing communications, direct mail execution, digital acquisition, sales and client development support, portfolio management, email execution, MarTech (website and mobile application design, tagging, SEO, etc.), creative development (internal and external), and enterprise project support.
• In concert with senior leadership, drive the overall strategic vision for product positioning in the marketplace.
• Brand strategy and development
• Work in concert with Risk and IT to evaluate and assess product opportunities for incremental revenue growth and customer engagement and retention.
• Continue to advance B2B marketing efforts to enhance our growing brand recognition and thought leadership for the sales organization.
• Identify and implement technologies to enhance our analytics driven decisioning and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead origination efforts and product lifecycle activities with risk, operations, legal and IT.
• Conduct marketing performance analysis, present findings and redirect strategy based upon results.
• Conduct research activities to remain abreast of consumer, competitive and market trends.

• Bachelor’s degree: MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years’ progressively responsible business experience, ideally in financial services.
• 5+ years’ product development/management experience.
• Specific experience with integrated marketing, direct mail and digital direct-to-consumer channels.
• B2B experience preferred with both online and traditional merchant partners.
• Technology orientation; versed in MarTech management including email deployment, tagging, and digital asset management.

- The Role:
• Manage multiple client teams
• Develop senior relationships with the clients and key vendors
• Work collaboratively with the broader Performance Marketing team including analytics, creative and the funding team

platform. This critical leadership role will focus on transforming our data and

fraud detection, and overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will
