  • The Role:

    Develop and implement fraud detection models using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

    Monitor real-time transaction data to identify and flag potentially fraudulent activities.

    Conduct root cause analysis of fraud incidents and recommend preventive measures.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Information Security, and Customer Service, to enhance fraud management processes.

    Design and maintain dashboards and reports for fraud trends, KPIs, and risk assessments.

    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to fraud prevention.

    Stay updated on emerging fraud trends, tools, and technologies to strengthen detection capabilities.

     

  • You’re perfect for this role if you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of relevant consumer credit risk experience within US consumer lending. Experience with US consumer credit cards is strongly preferred.2+ years of managerial experience, including direct leadership of analytical, risk, or portfolio management teams.Cross-functional experience in areas such as portfolio management, acquisitions, loss forecasting, marketing, pricing, and profitability analytics preferred.3+ years of working experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or similar programming tools.Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex business challenges.

      Solid understanding of P&L dynamics and key profitability drivers within consumer lending.

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable business insights.

      Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business partners across marketing, operations, technology, finance, and risk functions.

      Strong planning, prioritization, coordination, and organizational skills.

      High degree of initiative, sound judgment, self-direction, and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Location and Work Expectations: Hybrid work environment, 3 days a week in office. Office is located in Sandy Springs (Atlanta) Georgia. Austin is a possibility for someone already based there. Relocation assistance to Atlanta is available.

  • Compensation: D.O.E., salary range $100,000 to $120,000. Bonus target 5%.
